What this site is

NTXMuslimLeaders.org is the public website of the North Texas Muslim Leadership Alliance. It explains what the Alliance is, why it exists and how membership works, and it offers two ways to reach us: a membership form and a contact form. It is not a member portal and it does not publish a member list.

No tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. It sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the site to function, and it makes no requests to third-party services from your browser. Fonts, images and code are served from this site alone.

Forms

When you submit the membership form or the contact form, the information you enter is sent by email to the Alliance’s inbox. It is not stored on the web server or in any database, and it is not shared with anyone outside the Alliance.

Membership submissions are marked confidential and are read only by the Membership Committee. Contact messages are received by the Alliance and routed to the appropriate working group. We use your contact details to respond to you and for no other purpose.

• Membership form: your name and email, the nominee’s name and email, their role and organization, and the reasons for the nomination.
• Contact form: your name, your email, a subject and your message.

Members

The Alliance never publishes its membership, attendance or internal deliberations. Members may choose to identify themselves publicly; the Alliance does not do so on their behalf. Names, titles and photographs of officers appear on this site only with their explicit consent.

Hosting

The site is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
